Susan Ingall is a Qualified Executive Performance Coach specializing in the area of divorce recovery for male executives and managers. As a counselor, instinctive drives consultant™ and workplace coach Susan has a wealth of knowledge coming from a background in medicine, performance, business and psychology.

Using evidenced based therapy and in particular solution focused therapy Susan offers an eclectic approach for her clients to achieve success in their personal and professional lives.

Managing personal change as an executive in the workplace is particularly challenging because you need to maintain peak performance whilst dealing with the ongoing personal challenges. Dealing with grief and divorce can be overwhelming and a huge job in itself let alone navigating your way through the divorce process as well.

As an executive coach a number of Susan’s clients were going through divorce whilst dealing with business and health related issues. Utmost confidentiality is assured as they are in high profile positions and are ‘lonely at the top’. Susan provides a sounding board, a non judgemental safe space to air concerns and set a structure in place, to become empowered and operating with purpose again.

Susan partners with her clients and has devised a program to assist them to recover from separation and divorce whilst at the same time, ensuring that they are managing well in the workplace.

One client said ‘I wished I had of known about this earlier’. He now has a great relationship with his children, running his own business and has since bought a new home.

Susan’s three tips –

  • Seek professional assistance in the early stages, this will save heartache later;
  • Realise you are not alone and you are not a failure, assistance is a phone call away;
  • Accept that you are going through an enormous change and this is inevitable, but you will progress so that you can manage the situation well.
Susan is offering a 15 minute complimentary chat to discuss your situation – you can phone her on 0414 535 221.
