Managing personal change as an executive in the workplace is particularly challenging because you need to maintain peak performance whilst dealing with the ongoing personal challenges. Dealing with grief and divorce can be overwhelming and a huge job in itself let alone navigating your way through the divorce process as well.
As an executive coach a number of Susan’s clients were going through divorce whilst dealing with business and health related issues.
